US Treasury (apparently with an office in India!) scam.
Same twits have actually tried messing with me using different numbers. I got this idiot so wound up that he actually repeatedly asked me to stop calling him and even ended up making this number unable to receive calls! :) Told him as long as they continue trying to scam me (despite realizing that I know they're just amateur con men (?)..), I'll keep reporting them online so more and more people will be on to them.

I have call block but find dealing with these childish twits sort of therapeutic!
