Says there is a legal action against me but doesn't say what. Probably the old IRS scam. Calls multiple times a day.

Caller: Robo IRS scam
found message on my voice mail. The first few words were not recorded so it was probably not a live caller. Mild foreign accent, not clear which language, no name or caller ID. vaguely threatening some consequence for not "cooperating" and referring to to a Grand Jury action of some kind and an unspecified criminal offense.
Criminal scammers pretending to represent United States Government and trying to scare people into dealing with them, presumably on pain of arrest.
