I called and Chris wanted me to call Alex but he gave me the same phone number. Then he called and left a messsage about calling my boss (self-employed) and me going to jail for 3 years. He was not happy.

Guy left a message he was from the IRS and my attorney should call him back. I guess if they call all day and get one person a day paying a few thousand they make better than working in India.

Chris or whoever you are I hope your skin rots off you body.

I called Chris back and he wanted me to call Alex and the dummy gave me his number again. Stay away from these fools. IRS will always send you certified Letters when dealing with old tax issues.

I also received the same call today. Once I talked to Alex Watson, I think I made him mad. He told me that instead of 3 years in jail he would do it for 10 years. A few minutes later, I received a cal from a lady who said she was with Sheriff's department When I tried to inquire about the details of what was going on, she immediately became beligerent.

As I asked about the case she threatened to come to my office immediately, beat my ass and haul me off to jail.

I told her that would NOT be advisable, and as an officer she should know that isn't exactly a wise thing to do. She said she would be here in 15 minutes. I am waiting, but I doubt anything would happen.

Said they are calling from legal dept of IRS and if my attorney or I did not return the call, they wished me good luck as my situation unfolds. Guy was from India with very bad English. Barely understandable.

Received the same call and spoke with the same individuals. At one time, the person called me out of my name. He called back and said that a criminal lawsuit was being filed against me and that the police officers would be at my job tomorrow morning to arrest me. I told him that that is not how the IRS works and he got mad and hung up. Contacting IRS now to report these individuals.

Just got the same call .Chris Johnson which is my brothers name, He called at 7:00 am and 3 different times after that.

Same here. First call was @ 6;42 am PST. Saw the 202 area code - my brother lives in DC - so obviously I picked up. Some dude with such a heavy accent, I couldn't even understand him - but he kept saying IRS Legal Dept, and askig for my attorney name, phone, fax. Advised him several times, I had no clue what he was talking about. Called eventually dropped - I walked outside, (I was at work), called back, and this scumbag Alex Watson picks up (I saw his name in a few other posts from FaceBook as well), threatens me with 3 years in prison, they are coming to arrest to today, calling my employer to get me fired today. He then said he would take my home - advised him I don't even own a home - then said he would give me 10 yeas for being a "Smart Ass". I kept pressing him for the information on the criminal lawsuit filed against me -when/where was it filed - what date - wouldn't give me any answers - said just sit back & wait for the cops to come & arrest me today at my job. He finally hung up, and I googled the phone number & saw that it was a scam - gotta admit - he had me going there for a minute.

A "Scott William" with a very heavy middle eastern accent just called my husband, both at his cell & office, saying he was from the IRS Legal Department. This is BS - do not answer and try to block the number if you can.

They called me and told me I was going to be fired from my job and arrested at my job (today). They called last night. Name was Chris Johnson...said he was the head of the IRS. When he started screaming at me; I hung up. Filed a complaint with the IRS (TIGFA); Consumer Protection Agency and FTC.

Called me numerous times... caller stated he was from IRS Legal Department and he had ordered my arrest and will also freeze my bank accounts...I asked to speak to supervisor...name Alex Watson...these guys have heavy middle eastern accent (Farsiid)....threatened me..filed complaint FTC.

this is my second call first one 635 am second called 6:15am California time and in a heavy middle eastern accent said he was from the Irs and i dont its 615 and he said so we have a time sensitive matter to discuss so i hung up he called back left message to call him
