Called from the legal department of IRS

I had same kind if call from this number. Inda type female voice. Claim I have legal IRS issues. She left a cut off message. A little dumb. Threat that I had to call or she will have to wish me good luck dealing with IRS. Ignorant word placement. And IRS will always contact in writing. N

First called received@ 2:39 pm from phone # 202.803.4198 was a missed called. Unfamiliar with the number, I returned the call @ 2:49 pm, no answer. 10 minutes later, 2:59 pm I was called back; a gentleman stated his name as Micheal Williams said he was from the IRS and wanted to know what was my number because I had committed a crime and legal action was filed against me. I was persistent in trying to get clarification as to what he was talking about, he had a foreign accent. Between my questions, there was a male voice in the back ground instructing him how to answer my questions. Finally ,Mr. Williams instructed me to called back immediately to speak to his boss. Alex Watson. When I called back @ 3:07 pm asking for Alex Watson, he ask me for my case # so it could be identified who they were speaking to. I made the comment that this Mr. Watson person sounded like the first person I spoke to and I want to know what is going on. I was constantly asked for my phone # which I explained that you called me so why do I need to give my phone # and what is this law suit about. We hung up. By this time I was suspicious, so I called back @ 3:11 pm asking more questions and clarification as to whom I was speaking to and what is going on. The angered person said I will get it tomorrow, than hung up.
