Just received call from this ROBO-DIALED SCAM NUMBER to my pre-paid cell (wasting my minutes)... As with most posters they hung up only after leaving a 3 seconds "dead air" voicemail.
IT IS A AUTO WARRANTY SCAM, According to many ppl who posted at http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-202-803-4975

Here's a comment I've found also helpful and is further passing it along; Call 307-223-0458 give the caller's phone number to verify the number is on their do not call request and your receiving phone number to remove it from the caller's list and it'll stop the phone calls.
