I have had numerous (at least twenty) calls from this number. No response to my greeting. After the first few i switched to a flat 'Hullo'. No response.






after about ten calls I picked up the phone bet said nothing. Now I do not answer the phone. Thank you for giving me a place to complain.

They asked if I was Kathleen, I said "who's calling? She said,"This is just a courtesy call, Have a wonderful day" and hung up. I don't think she wanted to identify herself. When I called back it all agents are currently busy.
