mortgages, etc. It's been awhile since I've answered, but when I did answer, it's been different goods/services...but unfortunately, can't remember the details. In reference to Question 14 below, I said NO because you don't ever get a live person, it's just a machine. I tried answering a few months ago, to talk to someone to tell them not to call anymore, but just got a machine. And, of course, since then, I'm receiving a bunch more calls now because I answered the phone... Also, once the message is done, there's dead air...
