Caller id shows up as "Accatel". I pick up the telephone and I am immediately bombarded by a recorded message inviting me to vote for Donald Trump. Political calls that ring in all the time.

Caller ID shows "ACCATEL". I have received calls from them in the past from another number.
If it's the same company that comes up in my Google search, Accatel "provides wholesale and retail traffic and solutions to carriers, enterprise, and individuals' worldwide. Accatel's customers are carriers who resell Accatel's high quality, low cost minutes to their own residential and business customers; as well as companies and individuals who utilize Accatel's network to speak with associates, colleagues, and friends around the world."
If that doesn't sound like a company that is used to provide services to scam and telemarketing callers, I don't know what does.
