Caller gave name of Robert Miller; adv me there was a cyber attack and information has been stolen

Call stating I was the receiver of a 2nd place sweepstakes prize of $625,000.00 dollars. Saying to receive the prize I had to pay 1% of the prize money to receive the prize. Wanted me to send it by money gram through Walmart. Told them I don't have that kind of money and asked how much I had. He put his boss on the phone Mr. Armstrong who said he was in Austin Texas yet I was talking to Joe Lopez in Washington DC. He said I could pay 500.00 and they would take care of the rest. Tried to get me to pay with a credit card, money gram, or western union. Told him I don't drive and asked me if there was a taxi service to get me there since I was disabled and don't drive. Mr. Armstrong said he would fly tonight from Austin to Waco TX and present me with the check if I could pay the 500 dollars. When I told him it wasn't possible to do he told me he would call me back in 20 minutes and would work something out for me.
