Fraud robocall, offering business loans, also fraudulent health insurance. They use many different CIDs, even for the same number. If you call back without blanking out your own number, the response is "goodbye." If you blank out your number, you get a message that their number "is not in use." This reveals that the scammers are the ones generating the fake "not in use" message, NOT THE PHONE COMPANY. They are trying to make it absolutely impossible for you to contact them or find out their true identity. No reputable company does this.
