IRS Hotline - threatened to take action if I didn't immediately return the call

Claims that he's SGT (somebody) with the IRS and a warrant for my arrest. Funny, but this is the exact same speech I got from someone in Washington State years ago.
Caller: Some jerk representing the IRS
They left a voicemail message saying. If I did not return the call regarding case # CF 93271 THEN THEY WISH ME GOOD LUCK AS THE SITUATION UNFOLDS AGAINST ME. No name was given in the message saying who the caller was but the tone of voice was threatening. Also no name was given for who they were calling.
Said I owed back taxes of 3000.00 or I was going to jail in 2 hours!!
