IRS Scam Caller. Jan 28, 2019 at 4:47 p.m. Never asked who she was speaking to. Voice said she was Federal Investigating officer for IRS. Said IRS opened a claim against me for nonpayment of taxes. Insturcted me to call 202-856-7365 for more information.
