This is a scam by people pretending to be the IRS. I called it back on a whim and when I said they were a scam, I was answered with a string of expletives that included f..k you and, oddly, Captain America, and was told not to call back. I did again, and got busted for trolling them as I couldn't contain my laughter. Spoke with two different people, both with fairly heavy Indian subcontinent accents. Now my number is blocked. Oh well.
