They call and leave no message. Blocked, but still try!
Pretending to Offer promotion for Directv. Fraud.

The entire set of 202-860-24xx has been making calls to us, at first annoying, but now is just plain harrassing. 202-860-2486 is now calling! We first got calls from Allied Interstate Collection, 877-482-5477 and 628-201-0322, who asked for someone not known to us, they refuse to stop calling ... and now (out of the blue!) every time they call we get a set of calls from the 202-860-24xx set of numbers!!! This is a crime!
