A foreign man by the name of Ralph smith called and said i owed 3000 and i would be arested by my local police this afternoon and assets are frozen and 72 hours of jail time

I returned the call, gentleman answered "Internal Revenue Service". I was asked for my name. I said no. The response I received was "Oh my God, don't act so foolish". I replied that I wanted to verify who I was talking to before giving any personal information about myself. The man hung up on me before I finished the sentence.
