He couldn't provide any specifics but stated that the marshLs would be knocking on my door Nd seize everything. He wanted over 2k to clear things up. I toyed with him and he hung up.

Recorded message says the IRS is calling about tax fraud about me and to call this number back. Called back and scammer in a foreign accent stated he was Officer Sean Anderson from the US Treasury and that I was behind on my taxes (which I am obviously not). He had my name and cell phone number but hung up on me when pressed for what info he had regarding my taxes.
