they called about 25 times today I called back you would not believe what this guy said when told him to go ahead & sue me it was not nice

Yup - we got the same call.

Same thing as above comments - IRS scam. IRS has no reason to file a lawsuit against us. I also believe that if the IRS questioned something on a tax return, they would let you know in writing - not by a phone message that sounds like a recording.

I received a call from as well. Theyhad an old address of mine from about 10 years ago. I told them i never received paper work and would not be doing anything till i saw it in writting. They said they already tried twice and would not send again. At first said i owed 1309 then said it was 1400 and if i didnt pay would go to jail. Since i actually work for the government i knew this was a scam. I will be reporting this.
