I received the same call. to call 2028641673. When you call the number it rings one time and cuts off.

They called me this afternoon from telephone # 202-8691673 and told me they were the IRS and to call an Officer Thomas O'Brien at 2028641673 and that I owe money to the IRS. I know that I don't and I called both my lawyer and my brother who is with the NYPD and they told me not to give them any of my personal information. Then I called the number and told them that I had the real IRS on the phone. They hung up.
