Same thing as everyone else. Automated machine left a message saying an arrest warrant was issued under my name and to contact the number again. If the IRS would never leave you such messages. If any legal measures are to be taken against a person, the IRS would send you a correspondence. It's that time of year where people are desperate to defraud others.
Caller said he was issuing a warrant...said i was frauding the IRS..years before.....Do not call back!
IRS scam, call today to say a IRS warrant was for my arrest...Scam...Call came from Washington DC.
An Arabic man called me and said he was with the IRS. He stated that a warrant had been issued under my name. That I could resolve it in the court house or outside. Outside would cost me $75000 including court costs and the likelihood that I will be arrested. They are giving me an opportunity to settle with the IRS for a 1 time payment of $3754. I told him to send me a letter via mail and hung up....
Received call from this number on cell phone. Caller id said Washington DC. Voicemail was left with digital voice saying they are with the IRS and warrant issued in my name. Same information as others recently I did not call this back
