Got a solicitation call from 202-873-2683. SSRN was on caller ID. It was automated. I hung up and called the # back and got an automated message for a Social Security reform political action committee. A quick search online turned up SSRN.com. Social Science Research Network BUT it's buried in the website. In short, appears to be a good resource for scholarly research papers. Over 800,000 listed. Social Security reform was one of them.

got a call today; a woman said she was not a recording but was speaking through the computer after I said this is a recording isn't it....well she ran her mouth and even after I hung up and picked the phone up again was still talking.....what a pathetic group this must be. Number was 202-873-2683,
"Social Security Reform Network" (SSRN). Fake survey, not the Social Security Admin. Unsolicited call. Do not give them money.

SSRN could also be Social Science Research Network.
