I receive calls from these fraudulent idiots, claiming to be from PEPCO (despite the fact that my caller ID identifies them as "Washington Hospital), and I'm so sick of it! I pressed "1" to receive my "benefits," and told the creep on the line to take me off of their "sucker" list, noting that I live in an apartment building, and don't have to pay utilities. WHEN IS THIS CRAP GOING TO STOP?
