left a VM that was in progress when recording actually started, so robot (cpu-generated voice) had started when my VM picked up. same scam, scare tactics re: "IRS warrant, we've made several attempts of 6 mos to contact you, so call this #" (which was same number on caller ID. sounds like bullshit.
I received a call from 202-897-4577 saying I had an IRS problem and that I needed to call this number 202-897-4581 before it is loaded. I could not understand what he said after that. I called both numbers I mentioned and I got a recording that the numbers "are a non working number'.
They said They were the IRS and a warrant out for my arrest. IRS will never call. They will send mail first.
And message was pre recorded an very broken. Words had been put together.
