Their message saying they are from Wood Forest National Bank. That a lie. Tell me I'll approved for bank loan amount of $10k. More lies. Asking for my personal information. Stupid!

This number calls constantly and when I do answer, which is seldom, they hang up immediately.. I wonder if I can $1500 for this call.. The government needs a law to fine these callers for harassment.. Does anyone know who owns this number and why they hang up when I answer?
