Called my Mother and asked for $1,250 to insure a certified check package from Bank of America for a check of $750,000 dollars such a scam

The owner of this phone number pretends to be an Internal Revenue officer in order to scared people and request money transfers. Please don't pay attention to this guy, he is a fraud. I am a tax preparer and he has called several of my clients to obtain money.
