I just received a call from this number ( the person calling said he was Anthony Russel from Gov. Grant Department...) : I have been selected to receive a 8000$ grant from Government because of a special program run by Gov. Grant Department under Human Help & Service of Washington DC. reason: being a loyal citizen...So they provided me with another n. to call and the grant approval Id number, to unlock the payment...it definitely seems a scam!
Told me I would receive free $9000 as a government Grant.
