The number calls my cell and leaves a message with a computer generated voice threatening legal action against me if I dint call back. They use very bad grammar in the recording. When I called back someone picked up but didn't say anything fir almost a minute. They finally asked if they could help me and I said "tell me why you are calling me" at that point they hung up.
