Received a call from Car Protection Direct at the 203-204-2992. A guy asked to speak to Mr. or Mrs. (Insert Last Name). I asked who was calling and he stated he was calling from Car Protection Direct in regards to my car. I proceeded to tell him that I better not receive anymore calls because they illegally obtained by information and I am on the DO NOT CALL registry. He stated, "OK" and then hung up in my face. I tried to call the number back and received a busy signal.

They keep calling. I do not know anyone in CT. I don't need their car warranty offer. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. They don't leave a message. They need to stop calling me. I am on the do not call list

Rude as hell people will tell you if you 'ask nicely' you will be put on a do not call list...they call constantly and I've asked every single time for them not to call me! Nicely my ass...stop calling!!!

Extended auto warranties. I just said no and hung up.
Added the number to my phone under 'Auto spam'.

Next time I'll keep them on longer... sometimes I just say 'hold a sec' and set the phone down... 'wait... wait... '

Extended auto warranties. Information was extremely misleading, and it was difficult to obtain further information by asking appropriate questions. This is very likely a scam business.

male trying to sell automobile warranty. VERY RUDE, I asked him to stop talking and he said "no" and kept on going. I told him my # is registered with the do not call registry and he got even more rude. Finally he hung up on me while I was trying again to tell him never to call again.
