called me today at noon. have called me at late night, afternoon and at dinner. I have opted out 4 times. I would like to strangle Todd (the robot voice). I called the number and it says they are too busy to take calls and leave a message and then it says the mail box is full. Die fulfillment department.

A misleading robo call that opens with a frightening statistic (that uses the wrong pronoun 'that' instead of the personal pronoun 'who') "One out of every three Americans **that** are over 65 fall every year in the U.S. and that fall may be the last..." accompanied with the command, "Don't be a statistic..."

The call insults our intelligence on many levels, including their "shotgun" approach to making mass phone calls, hoping to find a few people who are age 65 and older, and their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethic, doesn't it?

Did you notice the excitement in the voice-over up until he announces very plainly, "or press 9 to opt out".

Here is a transcript of this insulting, automated, intrusive and unwanted robo call:

[male voice:] "Hi this is Todd with the Fulfillment Department. Your wellness package is ready to be shipped. Please press 1 and hold the line to receive a medical alert system. One out of every three Americans that are over 65 fall every year in the U.S. and that fall may be the last. Don't be a statistic. Press 1 now to receive a medical alarm at no cost. Press 1 now or press 9 to opt out."

NOTE: Why would I have to press 9 to opt out when I'm already on the Government Do Not Call list?
