22-Jun-18 @ 1001: Caller ID showed ILLEGAL SCAM 203-318-9276. Robocaller asserting my Google Ads needed updating. Want to speak with a rep press 1, want to taken off their call list press 2. Well, I pressed 2 in the past with a call from the same caller ID number and here I am again reporting on the same number. This time I pressed 1, got a real person who ID'd himself as Andrew Jeffrey calling from Los Angeles, and a call back number of 656-877-5586 x 131. I then told "Andrew" my number is on the Indiana and National Do Not Call Registry, and he replied that only applied to residences, not businesses. I never told him I have a business and I told him my number was a residential number.

203-318-9276 just called our business. Caller ID came up as "Illegal Scam". That's freaking hilarious! We didn't even bother to answer and just immediately blocked the number entirely. Our entire office is cracking up laughing over this one.

Answered as a business and caller hung up without saying a word.

Student loan consolidation scam. Don't give them any information. Hang up. Scam.
