Something like duct and chimney cleaning. Person is named Kevin and he has called before and I have asked him to stop but he keeps calling.

Kevin's Power Washing. He is a repeat harasser. I already have an FCC complaint in from the last time he called (13-T01249607-1). This time he left a voice mail in his own voice - it was not his usual pre-recorded message. It was from the same telephone number he called me from last time: 203 338-1938.
He is making a travesty out of every consumer protection service. The Internet is full of complaints about this guy, so I don't take it personally. I, and the dozens of other complainers on the Internet would love to see this guy stopped. I am at a loss to complain or not, because I think this pervert loves the attention any time someone files a complaint against him. At the time I filed the last complaint with the FCC, I also reported him to the police who said they would call him and re-iterate my not wanting his services, or to call me.
