I received an unsolicited call, but the caller was kind enough to leave a toll free callback number. I called it and was connected to somebody other than the original caller. I requested that my number be taken off the calling list. She tried to get my name but I responded that my name was not important, and that only my telephone number on their list was. I kept pressing my point, and she finally obliged. I gave her the number that they had called me on. Then SHE hung up. Didn't even say thank you or goodbye. That tells me that if I want to do a stateside "cruise" not to call them. They lack decorum, anima and simple basic courtesy. How then do you think their service is going to be?
