Got the same phone call from Sarah Lee from IRS, asking to call back before they press legal charges against me.

FAKE IRS agent will tell you you owe back taxes and has arrest warrant issued. Don't believe it! IRS will never give you a call like that. IRS will send you a letter in the mail if you owe money.
