I got 2 calls from this number one right after the other. Notice the lady couldn't decide where she worked.

First call:
This message is intended for x. My name is Jemsica Allen I'm calling from the internal revenue service investigating department and the reason for my c [dialing sounds - call ends]

Second call right after the first:
This message is intended for x. My name is Jessica Allen calling you from the state investigation department and is calling in regards to a legal case that has been filed against your name under your social and your physical address is under a federal investigation so I urge you to give me a call back on my department call back number which is 203-485-2103. I repeat 203-485-2103. Now if I do not receive any call back then [forcing?] we will have to download your case in the courthouse and the officers will be at your doorstep along with summons and subpoena so make sure you give us a call back. Once again this is Jessica Allen from the state investigation department. Thank you and have a great day.

It is a scam. As I figured out later, the had some of my information because found my resume online and called me twice pretending to be IRS. All that is organized to eventually get money out of you
