I did what Phoebe said on another site to call 866-246-7196. They confirmed this caller's phone number on their list and then added my receiving phone number to the do not call list. It's fast and easy and works to stop these calls.
Offered a home security system in exchange for having a sign in our yard.

I called back and one of those automated do not call request systems came on so I pressed 1 and a couple of days later the calls stopped.
