got numerous calls from this number saying either from microsoft or today he was from windows, said someone trying to hack my computer. had very thick accent.

Individual called from this number, stating he was with Microsoft support and received an alert that someone was trying to hack my home computer. He was requesting access to my computer to clean up the spyware.

Called me by name, then asked, "You are interested in furthering your education, right?" When I said no, he hung up even while I was in mid sentence.
