this number keeps calling wthout leaving a message and it calls again in few minutes 206-274-1291. Somtimes leaves a VM with breathing or nothing.

This is a pattern, every morning around 9am I get 3 calls from various numbers, they aren't always the same nor from the same area code. Typical VM is dead air 3-8 seconds although 1 call I could hear someone breathing. Phone numbers include 203-712-0472, 458-292-5190, 510-462-3316, 774-745-4601, 206-274-1291 but the pattern is the same: ring to VM, 3-5 seconds dead air, another call 1 minute later, same dead air followed by another call. Then I'm good for the day.
