Upon picking up, I had a recorded message that stated that if I wanted to lower my credit card balances and interest to stay on the line... a customer service person would be on the line. I waited about 3 min. When I go the person on the phone, I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor as we are on the DO NOT CALL list. The person stated he was the supervisor. When I stated I was on the DO NOT CALL list, they hung up
