Total scam, call my business phone nonstop about student loans. Can be put on their do not call list which doesn't actually work. Or talk to a representative who will hang-up on you the second you ask to be put on their do not call list. Actually, I had a representative tell me once that they don't have a do no call list, and then they hung-up on me.

Scam call about reducing credit card rates.
I think this is a workable idea but we need to convince our reps to do it. Share this site! http://tiny.cc/StopPhoneScamCalls

This scammer continues to call numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They continue to call after being asked to remove the victim's number from their list. When you do get to an operator, they refuse to provide a physical address and phone number when asked, still further violating the TCPA. Their scam recording states that this is the final offer, but the scammer will call again in as little as half an hour, but not more than a couple of weeks. Their recording states that the victim's accounts have been being monitored and that the victim has been found eligible for 0% interest on all credit card debt. This is clearly a scam, as the first question from the operator is the amount the victim owes on credit cards. Do not give this scammer any personal information.
