More than likely the fraudster is a foreign worker from Pakistan who does not have criminal record in Canada who is evolved in trucking, shipping and receiving. There website also uses Western Union as a method of non tractable re-payment or collection.

They use social media to locate your phone number and name on line Be careful not to post your phone number upon facebook for example. I personally have changed my unlisted phone number three times. each time the number was also listed upon facebook.

They claim to be calling upon behalf of the Minister of Justice of Manitoba. They immediately start asking for your personal information and will not tell you more until you do. The only way to pay these fraudsters is by credit card or by providing them your personal banking information. These people have a foreign accent, Pakistani or East Indian they do not respect the law and claim to be working for them. These identity thieves will persistently harass in the name of justice. Expect Us. meaning your number has been forwarded to another anonymous justice system...lol...!

I am not sure if this is the same collection agency but they introduced themselves as CBS Collections. by telephone 'word for word' several harassing times.They went on to inform me that they are collecting a debit upon behalf of the Ministry of Justice in Manitoba. I laughed at their poorly communicated Ministry of East India accent and hung up

Traffic ticket collections agency out of Manitoba

This number keeps calling our place of business. I actually called it back once and told them to stop calling here but now when I try to call them back it is just a busy signal. I want to block this number from calling us but I do not know how to do this from landline . When i did get through to them they said they were a collection agency and looking for a particular person. The person they were looking for never worked here.
