I have started answering these with sounds of monkeys screaming at the zoo. It doesn't stop them calling but at least wastes their time for a few minutes

Calls my cell phone but does not leave a message. When a reverse search was done the name Larry Oswalt showed up but does not show on caller ID when this person calls. This Number is now BLOCKED.

Received 3 calls w/ hang ups, never left message. I called back and an arrogant Black female answered by stating "what chu want MoFo", and I said who's this and she said, "Who dat say who dat, when I say who dat", so I said good bye and she said, "Go on den Mofo"!
