Company calls continuously and never leaves a message. If there is a legitimate debt owed, the company should leave a clear message as to what they are attempting to collect and also be willing to send the documentation in writing. I also learned that as long as you do not acknowledge or send money on a debt greater than 3 years, the statue of limitations is there to protect you.
Oh goodie...yet ANOTHER phone number to block for Portfolio Recovery. Trying to recover a decade old debt that was charged off years ago.
I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. I am debt free so assuming they are calling for the person that had my cell number before me.
Portfolio Recovery trying to collect on a debt that they purchased from Capital one who in turned, closed it out by making me pay it on my taxes as earned income. this is a cell phone, read consumers affair regarding this company. they have restrictions that they are not following
