Told me my cc was late and asked my name? They called me. I asked him who he meant call and he yelled, "What are you doing? Shut up bitch!".

I answered. caller said they were wanting to help me lower my interest rate on my credit card. i said "which one?". caller: "which one do you have the higher interest rate on? Master Card or visa?" Me: "i currently do not have any visas" caller: well which card do you currently have the higher interest rate on?" me: " you tell me. you called me. you're offering a lower interest rate and the recording said that the offer to lower the interest rate on my 'credit card' (singular, as if it were pertaining to a specific one) was about to expire." caller : "son of a bitch. do you want a lower rate or not?"

i then hung up the phone. not doing business, legit or not, with someone who speaks to me that way. these idiots should go home and thank God every day that i don't have the ability to teleport myself through the phone line to their location.
