Option1 takes you to a real person. The person I spoke to was named Jennifer. She said her manager's name was Renee. She gave me this address for the company: Home Services, PO BOX 823, Birmingham, AL 35005. I cannot find any legitimate information about this company and Jennifer didn't seem to know anything else about it either.
