I've reported them to the appropriate authorities. The rub is that it's very difficult to catch these people because they have computer programs that change the number they're calling from each time. So far, I've recorded 7 different telephone numbers that they've call me from. At this point, they think it's a game but I've opened a case with the State Attorney here in Florida. I'm hoping they'll be able to find the people doing it so that they can stop them from harassing us. The only caveat is NEVER PAY THEM ANYTHING OR GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Simply hang up the phone.

I continue to receive phone calls from Data Check, saying that a check was return to my bank. This information is not true. I called my bank and no return check. I believe this is a scam. I tried calling the number back and the message was that this mailbox is full. I knew something was not right then. I then called the check unit once again no return check. This people are crazy. Be Careful. I have blocked this number

I keep getting calls to my home number as well as my cell. They claim that I owe $13.00 on a returned check from Pizza Hut from TWENTY TWO years ago!! I told the lady off when she called my home number because this has to be a scam. Since then, they continue to call my cell number. I blocked them, but somehow they are able to leave a message. I hope they are stopped soon. It's getting ridiculous.

They keep calling me I have been divorced 10 years,am 79 years old something needs to be done to these people.
