Repeated calls, no answer when called back several times, finally got through to be told they had to speak to my husband. When we called back on 3 way calling they told him he had a fraudulent check written to Winn Dixie, when we asked which bank this is supposedly with, they gave him the name of a bank that he has never had an account with, and when he told them that he was told it was when he was with his ex wife, and gave her name. He again said he had never had an account and she wouldnt let him talk, I repeated it again and was told to shut my mouth. Then she said my name and asked who I was and said there was one in my name too, at the same bank, which is impossible, as he has been divorced for 13 years and we didnt meet until after that! She then started yelling how she would see us in court and hung up. I am getting these calls from several different numbers spread out of several different states.

They called my parents claiming they had written a bad check to Winn Dixie. My parents don't even shop at Winn Dixie!

I pressed 1 to speak to live person t hangs up....SPAM I have never written a bad check.

19 year old check to Winn Dixie from an attorney's office in Nevada. They claim they're going to garnish my wages, even though the statute of limitations is past.
