This is definitely a scam! It's an automated call that offers to help you lower your interest rate on your existing credit card. They also try scare tactics by telling you today is the last day you are eligible. They tell you to Press 1 to speak to a loan officer. Once you hang up, if you call the number back it is out of service. SCAM!!

This not only is credit card scam but also a front end validate for identity theft. Once they confirm credit card numbers, it is easy to tie specific credit card numbers to at least names, if not names and addresses and in worst case scenarios even SSN's.

Received a call but no voice mail left. I called it back and got a message that said "this is not a working number". Have since blocked caller.

Definitely a scam. Called to say they could offer me a lower interest rate on my existing card Visa or Master card. I don't have a Master card. So I asked what was the name of my existing card and they hung up. Do not answer this number.

They don't give a name and when they call if you hang up try and call the number right back it will tell you the numbers not in service.I called my credit card company to ask them about it and they said it's definitely a scam.
