They have called me and my kids cell phones. When I spoke to a person they said I had bounced a check for WInn Dixie in Birmingham in 1995 for $21. I lived in Birmingham until 1996 and I figure Winn Dixie had a year to dispute this (and I never shopped at there, I had a Food World next to my house). Of course the bank it was drawn on closed in 2006 so I went to my current bank and they told me to just block their calls.
This is where the scam artists are located in Alabaster, AL: https://tchsvze.s3.amazonaws.com/205-419-2951
I'll be contacting my cousin who is with their local Sherriff's department the next time they try to call me. For one thing, for con artists they aren't even that professional...they sound like aggressive meth head bumpkins. And what's REALLY stupid is that they use a landline which is easily traceable.
I called number back,a guy answered, sounded to be black male.I said i just recieved call fro that number and he hung up right away.Called couple seconds latter said mailbox was full.
Harassing collections call that is a scam
Me, too. My blocking feature doesn't seem to block them.
