Definitely a scam, hang up!
These are criminals trying to get money from you by pretending to be a survey. They are not even human, but a crude computer simulation, which can make thousands of phony calls per hour looking for suckers. My advice: insult them and tell them where to get off! You aren't talking to a person, but a dumb computer, so why be polite? No one is listening unless you give them a credit card number, and you might not want to do that.
