Guy named "Rick Ruben" claiming to be an investigator for Erlich & Wexler Law firm in regards to Check Fraud. Called the so-called law firm back and the person who answered did not sound professional or state the law firm's name but, asked how they can direct the call.
Guy named "Rick Wilden(sp?)" calling to say that my "name has come up in contact with an ongoing investigation. I do need you to contact me with regards to this matter immediately. My number is 205-588-0787."

Called me too saying a person name Morgan Harris listed me as a source. I told him I've never heard of that person & I hung up the phone.
Someone claiming to be from a law firm and threatening to sue me.
