Called our business wanting to speak to the business owner. I held waiting to connect. As soon as the rep came in the line he asked if I was the business owner. I am the office manager, and could have connected him to the owner swiftly. Instead, the rep chose to hang up on me. Very unprofessional and rude manner of doing business. At least be grown professionals and allow calls back to the number calling. Stop calling, or you will be officially reported.
